Terms of sale and privacy (English)

What you buy. Some eHudHud stories are free; locked stories show a price in Canadian dollars. A purchase gives your family a personal licence to read that story on this website, once paid, with no subscription. Stories may not be copied, re-published or resold.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card details. A receipt is emailed to the address you enter. Sales tax may apply depending on where you live.

Refunds. If a story you bought does not work, or you bought it by mistake, email hello@ehudhud.com within 14 days for a full refund.

Access. A purchased story stays open on the device you bought it on. To read it on another device, use “Parents’ account → Restore purchases” with the same email to receive a sign-in link.

Privacy. The site is made for children, but accounts and purchases are for parents only. We collect no information about children. We collect only the parent’s email at purchase or restore and use it only for receipts and restore links. No ads, no tracking, no data sales. Reading preferences, reading position and purchases are kept in your browser on your device. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
